Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the engagement of OneOn Pty Ltd (“OneOn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to provide accounting, taxation, and other related services to you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”).
Scope of Services
OneOn agrees to provide the following services to you:
- Preparation of financial accounts
- Preparation and lodgment of taxation returns
- Book keeping and other business services.
Fees
Our fees will be based on the services provided and may vary depending on the complexity of your affairs and any additional work required. You can find our general fee schedule on our website at Oneon.com.au. We will notify you in writing of any additional fees before commencing the work.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information in a timely manner. You are also responsible for keeping all relevant records for a minimum of five years.
Limitations of Service
We are not responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your records, such as motor vehicle logbooks or rental property schedules. We are also limited in the scope of advice we can provide, such as superannuation and financial advice.
Engagement Termination
This engagement is ongoing until cancelled by either party in writing.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Institute of Arbitrators.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
